  1. here again is a website with some "feel good "food listed and all sorts of fun things to do!!! I am so particular about pasting ideas of keeping you occupied when or if you suffer from anxiety or panic because I still have those moments, and let me tell you, it helps me heaps when I distract myself in the thought process and start finding stuff for me to do !!!! Im not sure if any of you have ever suffered panic or anxiety but there is very little out there that makes more sense or feels more fearfal than sitting through an episode like that on your own!! so save all thse links for ideas so that if need be, you can whip them out a rainy day, and if you have some ideas or links.......pls feels free to share it here!!
