YOU CAN AND YOU WILL..........SIMPLE
When you say "I can", and expect success, you fill yourself with confidence and happiness, so dont let anyone and i mean ANYONE EVER STOP YOU FROM BELIEVING IN YOURSELF, Think it over and over again..............I CAN AND I WILLL...........I CAN AND I WILL................I CAN AND I WILL............... and you just dont stop until you have it!

you know, i was very fortunate , in that i had a family who always believed in me, but the older I got, the less confident I became, and let me tell you that people can tell you until THEY are blue in the face how much "talent"you have or how intelligent you are, or how well you can and will do, BUT IF YOU DO NOT BELIEVE IT, they may as well have never said it!! To believe that you can achieve something is imperative growing up. Its only in the last year and half or so that I have started having faith in my ability to do things in business, as a mum, at home, socially etc.......... and what is scary is that if you have that doubt to begin with, and somebody feeds that doubt, you eventually become a walking shell.......empty inside. I had to train my brain to believe in my myself.........I had to say positive affirmations to myself EVERY MORNING to get me going, and eventually it became automatic!! I certainly need to carry on with the positive affirmations and the beilief in myself and I need to influence my sons bellief in HIMSELF, because CONFIDENCE (not arrogance) is something that comes from within- no one can give that to you!!.........dont let anyone take your self esteem away, they only do that if you ALLOW THAT......but it is never too late to take back what is rightly yours and build yourself up piece by piece, hour by hour, day by day, until one day, you feel like a human again....... :-) BELIEVE!!
